Real Estate Fundamentals - (30 hours)
The course includes topics relating to Real Property, Land-Use Controls & Development, Environmental Issues in RE, Legal Descriptions, Interests in RE(estates, encumbrances, etc.), Landlord & Tenant Interests, Forms of RE Ownership, RE Taxes & Liens, Transfer of Title, Title records, Principles of RE Contracts, Principles of RE Financing, PA RE Licensing
